Refund policy

We are confident that you will love your new sunglasses. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return them for a full refund within 60 days of purchase.  The 60 day return window is to allow you to try the sunglasses on as you would in a store. If the sunglasses are worn for any period of time then they will show signs of wear in which case they will not be accepted for return.

To be eligible for a refund, the sunglasses must unworn, in their original condition, with no scratches or damage, and all original packaging and accessories must be included.

To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team here. They will provide you with instructions on how to return your sunglasses and process your refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the cost of return shipping and process your refund as soon as possible.

We value your satisfaction and will do everything we can to ensure that you have a positive experience with our company. If you have any questions about our 60-day refund policy, please do not hesitate to contact us.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
